Waterfalls
We said that Slovenia is a small country, but it is home to some of the most picturesque waterfalls, and two of our favorites are the majestic Boka and secluded Savica. Boka is the most water-rich and powerful waterfall in Slovenia, standing at 144 meters high. This natural wonder is not only a waterfall, but also a spring, showcasing the incredible power of nature. When you see it, you will feel that power.

Another waterfall that we highly recommend is Savica. To reach it, you’ll have to walk for about 20-30 minutes and climb over 500 steps, but the views are well worth it and make this short hike much more enjoyable. This double waterfall stands at 78 meters tall and flows into the Bohinj lake. This is a perfect place to relax, and enjoy the views with the sounds of river splashing.
